Last weekend, I discovered that a woman who had worked as web producer at Yahoo and as my manager on a large website, hadn’t even grasped the relationship between domains, web hosts, and content management systems.

It’s odd that one can go on being so uninquisitive, but - as I’ve convinced myself - it’s necessary.
