So I finally got in contact with a West LA detective who not only gave me the name of the defendant but also got an update from the city attorney for me. Seems that Michael Graham never showed up for his arraignment and now there’s a warrant out for his arrest.

Even still, the state victim’s assistance program will be reimbursing my medical bills and lost work as soon as I submit my taxes and a doctor’s statement.

California: what a country!
